The three-day ‘USBCCI Business Expo-2023’ will be held from September 22 to 24.
The aim of this business expo is sustainable development of import-export trade between Bangladesh and USA. It will be held at the LaGuardia Airport Marriott in New York. The expo is being organized by the US-Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (USBCCI).
This announcement was made at a press conference at Meghna Hall of Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel in Dhaka. Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) Director General Shah Mohammad Mahbub participated in the press conference held on Saturday (March 18).
USBCCI President Md answered various questions of the journalists by joining online. Liton Ahmed and Chairman of the USBCCI Expo Standing Committee. Badruddoja Sea. Enamul Kabir Sujan, Chief Coordinator of USBCCI’s Bangladesh Section, read the written statement.
Bidar Director General Shah Mohammad Mahbub said that the government always encourages such arrangements. Those who take initiative outside the country to expand the business of the country, will have the support of the government.
In the press conference, it was said that USBCCI is working with the aim of continuing the progress of development of Bangladesh by utilizing the benefits of free market economy and facilitating the journey towards a developed state. Increasing communication between the businessmen of the two countries will benefit everyone.
It also said that there is no alternative to stand by each other in the fight to survive the global economic crisis. And so this initiative of USBCCI. Also, the possibility and process of involvement of many organizations including EPB, BIDA, SME Foundation were informed in this expo.
USBCCI President Md. Liton Ahmed said, We got a huge response at USBCI Business Expo 2022. Through business expo we are finding new elements of business.
