News Daily Digital Desk: The police demanded the recovery of rifles, bullets, petrol bombs from the residence of Pakistan’s former Prime Minister Imran Khan. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran came out to appear in the court in Tosakhana case today. Soon after, a large police force raided his residence in Lahore. They broke the wall and entered. 61 Pakistan PTI workers were arrested.
On this day, 10,000 police personnel of Pakistan Punjab province surrounded Imran’s house. After that, the roof of the residence was demolished with the use of bulldozers. This time the police clashed with PTI supporters. The scene was seen in some video footage. Police can also be seen lathi-charged. Later, the police said that the force conducted an operation around 12 noon on this day. 61 PTI supporters have been arrested for violating the law. 20 rifles including Kalashnikovs, cartridges and several petrol bombs were recovered from Imran’s residence.

Police entered Imran’s house on Saturday morning after he left for Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan. A camp of party workers was set up in the premises of the house. The aim of the police was to evacuate the camp. A large police force is seen taking such measures. Before entering the house, the police announced, “Section 144 is in force. Do not gather in this atmosphere.” Even after that, the party supporters did not stop the clash.
