Now 14 opposition parties approached the apex court with that complaint. ED, CBI’s ‘misuse’, sudden arrest of opposition leaders – a case was filed in the Supreme Court on Friday. On the other hand, RJD leader and Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar Tejashwi Yadav had to face the interrogation of ED for a long time on the charge of giving job in exchange of land. His pregnant wife fell ill during interrogation. Again Telangana’s Bharat Rashtra Samiti i.e. KCR’s daughter K Kavita was called multiple times to the ED office in Delhi for questioning. Besides, several representatives of the Trinamool government in Bengal are being interrogated by ED and CBI. The opposition alleges that the Center is using the ED, CBI against the opposition. Referring to these incidents, Abhishek Manu Singhvi questioned on behalf of the 14 opposition parties on Friday. He wants to know what are the rules before and after ED or CBI arrests someone. According to him, they do not want to interfere in the matter on which the case is going on, but democracy is on the verge of destruction.
